Services

We do not disappear after delivery.

Equipment bought from us stays our responsibility for as long as you run it, and we will service equipment we did not supply. Ten services, one contract, one number to call.

01

Installation & commissioning

Every unit is sited against the drawings, connected to power, water, drainage and suction, tested under load, and signed off before we leave.

Handover includes training for the clinicians and the support staff who will actually use it daily.

02

Preventive maintenance contracts

A scheduled visit finds the fault before your patient does. Contracts cover inspection, servicing, consumable wear parts and priority response.

You get a service record for each machine, which is the document an inspector asks for.

03

Repairs & spare parts

The parts that commonly fail are held in our own store, so a breakdown is a visit rather than a wait.

Bench repairs are done in our workshop; where a machine cannot leave the practice, the engineer comes to it.

04

Calibration & compliance testing

Autoclave validation, imaging output checks and electrical safety testing, carried out on schedule and documented.

We issue a certificate per machine and keep it on file, so an inspection becomes a filing exercise.

05

Practice fit-out & design

From an empty shell to a working room: layout drawings, equipment schedule, services routing and a build sequence that keeps the practice open where possible.

The room is drawn before it is bought, which is where most of the cost is saved.

06

Turnkey clinic projects

A whole department delivered as one contract: drawings, equipment schedule, services routing, build supervision, installation and commissioning.

Dental clinics, X-ray rooms and laboratories, handed over ready to open, inside Kenya and across the region.

07

Training & clinical support

Handover training for every installation, plus refresher sessions when staff change and product training when you adopt something new.

Our product specialists sit in on the first cases where it helps, so the equipment is used the way it was specified.

08

Showroom & demonstrations

Test a chair, a scanner or an autoclave before you commit. Equipment is set up and running, not boxed on a shelf.

Bring your team, or ask us to bring a demonstration unit to the practice.

09

Institutional & tender supply

Documentation, specifications and compliance paperwork for hospital, ministry and NGO procurement, with phased delivery against the award schedule.

One supplier is accountable for the whole lot, so there is no shortlist to chase.

10

Relocation & decommissioning

Moving practice, or replacing a unit? We uninstall, transport, re-site and re-commission, then dispose of what is being retired.

We plan the downtime around your appointment book rather than ours.

What a contract commits us to

Scheduled visits

Planned in the calendar at signing, not chased by you.

Priority response

Contracted practices go to the front of the dispatch queue.

Wear parts included

We cover the items that fail on schedule instead of invoicing them.

Loan equipment

Where we hold a spare, the room keeps working.

Documented service record

Per machine, kept on file for inspection.

One point of contact

A named engineer who knows your rooms.

Response times and visit frequency are set per contract. Ask and we will put the numbers in writing.

Coverage

Engineers in all three countries.

A practice in Mwanza or Kampala is served by the same team, to the same standard, under the same contract as one in Nairobi.

What a week of downtime costs a three-chair practice.

More than the service contract, every time. Cancelled appointments do not reschedule themselves, and patients turned away once tend to stay away.

Contracted practices come first

Priority in the dispatch queue.

Loan equipment where we can

To keep the room open while a unit is on the bench.

One number to call

No triangulating between a supplier and a technician.

Free of charge

An equipment audit, even if we did not supply the equipment.

We will walk the practice, list what you have, and tell you what is near the end of its life. There is no obligation, and it is not a sales visit in disguise.
